The law of Georgia "On The Legal Status of Aliens And Stateless Persons" allows two types of residence permits: temporary (including short-term) and permanent (including unlimited).
Types of Temporary Residence Permits
Issued if you're working in a company with an annual turnover of at least 100,000 GEL or operate a business - for example, as an individual entrepreneur - with a turnover of at least 50,000 GEL. Exceptions for educational and medical establishments apply.
Obtaining a Georgian Residence Permit
Any person who isn't a citizen of Georgia has the right to receive a residence permit. To do that, you need to apply to the House of Justice. A residence permit confirms a foreign citizen's first and last name, nationality, and place of residence in Georgia. Jara Accounting employees will assist in obtaining a residence permit at every stage.
