Almost all questions were simply ignored, it was necessary to obtain a bank statement, but no one answered which one specifically, it took several days to agree on the date of submission, because when I proposed a date, Tamara disappeared before this date, and an hour before the proposed time she wrote that she could come . And so 3 times In WhatsApp with a business account and in the mail the situation is no better. The average response time is about a week. There are no questions for the lawyers; it was the communication with the managers that apparently spoiled the impression. I'm surprised that for such serious money you have to run after it so much
